Ian joined the firm in 2013. Ian has defended businesses, professionals, and individuals in cases involving claims of medical negligence, professional negligence, wrongful death, personal injury, fraud, worker’s compensation, and breach of contract. Ian also represents healthcare providers in administrative matters.

In graduated from Gulf Shores High School and obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Auburn University a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Troy University. Ian earned his Juris Doctor from Faulkner University’s Jones School of Law, graduating summa cum laude. While in law school, Ian was Executive Editor of the Faulkner Law Review and a member of the Board of Advocates. Ian competed in numerous trial advocacy and moot court competitions and won multiple regional and national championships in trial advocacy and moot court. Upon graduation from law school, Ian was selected as a member of the National Order of Barristers.

When Ian is not working, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, working at the family farm in Monroe County, hunting, fishing, and playing golf.

Ian is married to Kara Kennedy, and they have one boy named Asher.
